Met with Store Manager and she explained that ice machine will be moved to the front that will be easy accesable for cleaning and regular maintenance. All ready to eat food is labeled and dated ( shelf life is 2 days ) Daily temperature logs are available and up to date. Kitchen ceiling maintenance is scheduled every 3 months. Low temp dishwasher suppled with 100ppm chlorine.
