Dry storage area organized, all items are off the floor
Three-compartment sink used for manual warewashing; third compartment filled with sanitizer which was at 200 ppm
Single use gloves are replaced for every customer as there is no designated person at cashier; ensure to wash hands in between with liquid soap and warm water
