Follow up inspection:
-Dishwasher final rinse chlorine residual was at least 50 ppm at the plate.
-Ceiling light covers were in a clean condition. One ceiling light cover was replaced with a new one.
-Person in charge on-site (Operator's brother) had an expired FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate and stated that they have registered for a FOODSAFE Level 1 course online. -Please provide a copy of your valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate to the district Environmental Health Officer (E.H.O.) of Fraser Health upon successfully completing the FOODSAFE Level 1 course.
