Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwiches in the middle section of the island display cooler were measuring above 4C at around 7-9C for an unkown length of time and stickers stating products were packed on Mar 15, 2023.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the sandwiches in the middle section of the island display cooler. Ensure cold potentially hazardous foods are stored below 4C.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chicken and potato wedges measured 44.6 to 52.6 in hot holding case for unknown length of time
Corrective Action(s): Discard the 1 tray of potato wedges and 1 tray of chicken. Turn up temperature of unit to maintain 60C prior to putting in hot food that is heated to 74C or above.

General kitchen:
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- The main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, paper towels.
- High temperature dishwasher measured 71C at the plate's level.
- 3 compartment sink equipped and available
- Dry storage area has adequate space. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm off the floor.
- FOODSAFE equivalent certified staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- No signs of pest activity.
Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Hot holding: > 60C
- All refrigeration units equipped with working thermometers.
- Daily temperature log must be kept up to date.
