Tested the cooking procedures of the Angus patties during the inspection. One out of the six patties did not reach 160F. Patty that did not reach the required temperature was discarded. Ensure that in the future, check temperature or conduct a visual check of each patty before serving.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
Temperature of refrigeration and hot holding units is satisfactory.
Handwashing stations are satisfactory..
