Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher tested at 0ppm. Test strips on site but afternoon staff did not know if staff this morning had tested sanitizer level or not. Dishwasher log not available.
Corrective Action(s): Staff fixed dishwasher. Sanitizing at 50ppm chlorine. Dishwasher log to be used daily. All staff to be trained in how to test and record sanitizer levels.
