Premises not in operation at time of inspection (closed until the next season). No food on site. Equipment (coolers/freezers etc.) - turned off. Note: No commercial ventilation within the concession stand. Products with meat produce grease leaden vapors and cannot be cooked inside the concession stand unless a commercial ventilation unit is setup. Thermometers present in cold units. Sanitation: 2 compartment sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. bleach sanitizer available. General: All single service utensils available on site (no dishes/cutlery for customers) No signs of pests.
