Premises well maintained Hand sinks equipped with soap and paper towel Coolers less than 4C, -18C Hot holding over 60C Dishwasher 72.5C at dish Quats sanitizer 200 ppm as per manufacturers requirement Food storage good, covered and dated as needed Ensure food from lunch is placed into cooler as soon as possible, sausages/hash browns left in containers at room temperature, IR gun read 26C, staff confirmed the food has been at room temperature less than 2 hours. Staff placed into the walk in cooler during inspection.
