- Handwashing station at the front and back are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in, drinks cooler and sandwich prep cooler are maintained at temperature less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Hot holding unit is maintained at temperature greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution at the three compartment sink and in spray bottles is measured at greater than 200ppm quats concentration
- Food storage practices are satisfactory, accurate thermometers are available in all coolers and freezers
- Temperature logs are maintained at consistent basis
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection.
