Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer in spray bottle measured 50 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer bottle emptied and refilled at sanitizer dispenser. Re-tested at 200 ppm quats. Ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food contact surfaces (e.g. 200 ppm quats).

Observation: 1. Front hand sink drain appears to be clogged (water not draining effectively).
2. Large cutout observed in drywall/FRP located below the double check valve.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure drain is unclogged for front hand sink so that water can drain freely. Date to be corrected by: June 28, 2023.
2. Ensure above-noted area is properly covered and sealed. Gaps or opening in drywall may potentially allow for pest entry. Date to be corrected by: July 3, 2023.

Observation: Only staff member on site did not have a valid certificate for FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent.
Note: Staff member stated she signed up for FOODSAFE Level 1, but was unable to provide proof of registration at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that at all times, at least one staff member on site (in the operator's absence) has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent. Ensure copies of certificates are available upon request by the Environmental Health Officer. Date to be corrected by: June 28, 2023.

No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. Premises maintained in excellent sanitary condition.
