-All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - sandwich prep cooler, upright storage cooler, under counter cooler, milk cooler and display cooler are maintained at less than 4C
- Storage freezer is functional
- Hot holding unit is greater than 60C. Reheating procedures reviewed, induction plate is available for reheating soups
- Sanitizer solution in a bucket is measured at 200ppm chlorine concentration. NOTE: Sanitizer in spray bottle was greater than 200ppm chlorine residual and it is too strong. Fresh prepared solution measured at 100ppm chlorine
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- High temperature is measured at 71C during final rinse cycle at the dish surface.
- Foodsafe certification is verified
