Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer bowl and spray bottle was measured at >200 ppm as per test strips. Food contact surface sanitizer was prepared at 100 ppm at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
All coolers measured at 4C and less.
Freezers measured at -18C and less.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 75.6C at the plate level.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Routine pest control in place.
In-use utensils are stored in sanitary manner.
Ice machine kept clean at this time.
General food storage practice is adequate.
