Kitchen not in use at the time of inspection.

Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
Walk-in cooler maintained at 3.8 degrees Celsius.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 72.1 degrees Celsius at dish level for final rise.
Overall cleanliness and maintenance very good.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
Ensure a 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer solution is available during operation (1 oz bleach per gallon water).
Washrooms clean and sinks fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
