Routine inspection of commercial kitchen

- Standup cooler: 4C
- Standup fridge/freezer: 2C / -14C (all items in frozen state)
- Chest freezer in laundry room: -20C
- Chest freezer in dry storage room: -19C

- Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Bleach sanitizer solution in spray bottle measured 200ppm chlorine.
- Chlorine test strips provided (keep on site to verify concentration of 100-200ppm for food contact surfaces)
- Dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of 77.2C at the plate.
- Overall storage of food was satisfactory.
- Dry goods stored in pest proof containers.
- No signs of pests at time of inspection.
- Temperature and sanitation logs are maintained and kept on site for review.
- Facility does not advance prep meals nor keep leftovers. Any leftovers from each meal are discarded.
- General sanitation excellent.
- Kitchen staff hold valid FOODSAFE certificates.
