- Underneath the grills and deep fryers
- On the legs of the tables and behind equipment
- On the underside of the handwash station close to the back exit
- On the floors along the walls

GEN
- All coolers are 4C and below
- All freezers are -18C and below, hot-holding unit is above 60C
- Handwash stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Concentration of QUATS from the sanitizer dispenser and sanitizer bucket is 200ppm
- Staff demonstrated excellent personal hygiene practices
- No signs of pest activity
- General sanitation of the facility requires attention in the areas mentioned in the report.
