Routine inspection conducted:
- Kitchen walk in cooler at 1 degree C. Food is covered, labeled, and well organized. Note: Please keep all food stored off the floor.
- Service station coolers at 4 degrees C or less
- Kitchen walk in freezer at -19 degrees C
- Service station freezers satisfactory
- No hot holding at time of inspection.
- Hot and cold holding temperature logs, as well as dishwasher logs, are available--reviewed.
- Hand washing stations (kitchen, service stations) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm
- High temperature dishwasher measured 72 degrees C at utensil surface (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface)
- Equipment and utensils stored in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely outside of ice maker.
- General cleanliness excellent. No evidence of pest activity.
- Audited sample of nutritional supplements within printed expiry
- No evidence of pest activity observed at time of inspection.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection
Notes:
1. A build up of ice was observed in domestic freezer unit located on South 2. Please defrost, clean, and sanitize.
2. The red alcohol was separated in thermometer for the domestic cooler unit located on North 2. Please ensure that all cold holding units, including freezers, are supplied with working thermometers accurate to 1 degree C.
