# OBSERVED IN CARE
Introduction
An unscheduled follow-up inspection to the Routine Inspection #AFUN-BKKUDS dated January 6, 2020 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSOP). All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
On the inspection date of January 28, 2020 there were 25 children and 8 staff present. At this inspection the contraventions identified during the routine inspection were confirmed to have been corrected. The Licensee was not present for this inspection however staff was able to support the Licensing Officers request for information.
