Hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels are in place for hand washing. Faucet tap noted on previous report is operational.
Bleach water sanitizer is available in spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips on site. Note: Label is faded; re-label.
Potentially hazardous food (curry) observed to be cooling and was recently cooked (internal temperature measured 74 degrees C or more). Curry was observed to be portioned in two containers with large surface area to facilitate rapid cooling. Curry to be placed into cooler within 30 minutes.

Pest control service report available, copy provided to the Environmental Health Officer. Holes/gaps sealed since last routine health inspection; however, a few droppings were observed in lower cabinet. All food items in containers with lids. Ensure areas are re-cleaned and sanitized, and identify any new potential entry points and have them sealed. Continue to monitor and take action as necessary to mitigate pest concerns. Fly activity is significantly reduced since the previous routine health inspection.
