-Temp of all coolers and freezers are satisfactory ( <4 oC and <-18 oC) -Hot holding units all >60 oC -Soap and paper towel are provided at hand wash sink -Personal hygiene was observed good -No sign of rodent noted -Temp log are being maintained -Accurate thermometers are available in coolers and for food ** Not able to check the ice machine- staff could not open the covering plater- noted a bit of mold not close to ice level. Clean the ice machine. Send a report re: addressing coded violation adn ** item along with pictures to the attention of the area inspector no later then Feb 9-2023 -No signature is obtained, explained verbally, will send a copy via email later.
