- Hot water was available at time of inspection - good. - Parisian cabinets have been cleaned and sanitized and are not used until completely dried - good. Ensure to continue cleaning rotation and cleaning more shelves/cabinets during each rotation. - Walk-in freezer door has been repaired and closes properly. - New pest control company has been contracted - several new traps have been set up. Pest control company will be providing weekly services. - Continue monitoring for rodent droppings/activity and cleaning and sanitizing affected areas as necessary.
