Routine inspection of the store in the following sections of the store: dry foods, dairy, produce, meats/seafood and bakery. * Clean dust build-up around ceiling fans of the meats walk-in cooler. * Clean food debris underneath the produce prep sink in the back of stores. * Replace broken tube lights in walk-in bakery cooler. General observations: All handsinks readily supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. Bakery coolers all registered 4 degrees C or less. Meats/seafood front display cooler measured at 4 degrees C or less. Meat walk-in cooler measured 4 degrees C or less. All other meat display coolers measured at 4 degrees C or less. All display meat freezers throughout the store measured -18 C or less. Produce walk-in cooler and display coolers measured 4 degrees C or less. Dairy section walk-in cooler measured 4 degrees C or less. Quats dispensing stations and from sanitizer buckets tested @ 200 ppm. No signs of pests at time of inspection.
