Observation: Hand washing station in main kitchen area was blocked with a large container of ketchup packets and a cart of metal containers was stored in front of it. The single sink that staff said that they wash their hands (preparation sink) had liquid soap but no paper towel.
Corrective Action(s): Hand washing stations must be easily accessible at all times and stocked with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water at all times. Clear out area in front of hand washing station and keep this clear at all times. Due: today
