Observation: One of meat display coolers had ambient air temperature measured at -5'C. Operator has advised the knob has been accidentally turned to 0 by a customer and been waiting for the temperature to come down. OK.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to monitor the temperature. The temperature should be at -18'C or below.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a large bucket. Bleach available for manual warewashing.
-Refrigeration temperatures satisfactory, except mentioned above.
-Thermometers available for monitoring of temperatures.
-Repackaging of meat occurring on site. Products are labelled properly.
-Facility offers both retail/wholesale. Large walk-in space at the back.
-Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
NOTE: Gaps observed underneath the back storage entrance door. Ensure to have this area filled to prevent pest entrance.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visit. APNA
-Washroom handsink satisfactory.



Facility maintained in sanitary condition.
