*Church kitchen is sometimes rented out for use. The church only uses the kitchen for its congregation and invited guests. Discussed with on site staff member that if the church wishes to serve food to the general public from this kitchen, they will need to apply for a temporary food permit and submit the application to their district EHO.
Handsink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
There are 2 two compartment sinks in the center of the kitchen, both functioning with hot/cold running water
Bleach sanitizer spray in spray bottle underneath one of the 2 compartment sinks was at 100 ppm chlorine residual
Single domestic cooler/freezer unit
High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.3 deg C on rinse cycle (minimum 71 deg C required)
Cooler was at 3.3 deg C
Freezer was at -17 deg C
General sanitation good
All foods are stored off the floor
No meat products cooked on site as there is no commercial venetilation
