-Overall sanitation was satisfactory.
- Hand wash sinks were fully equipped with hand soap, cold/hot running water and paper towel.
- Low temperature dishwasher used chlorine as sanitizer, measured 100ppm.
- 3-compartment sink was in use for cleaning and sanitation. Ecolab Kay chemical was the provider. 200ppm Quats tested in both station Dispenser and spray bottle- Excellent!
- Walkin cooler 2.0C. Food properly stored in containers with lids and Best before Dates. No food containers or food equipment stored on the floor.
- All sections in Pizza prep cooler < or = 4C. Probe thermometers were being used- Excellent!
- No pest activity observed during inspection. Back door was closed tight and sealed tight.
-Staff washroom was clean and fully equipped with hand soap, hot/cold running water and paper towel.
- Manager had food safety training and Domino's provided food safety training as well.

Consultation: Small portion of Garlio spread can be kept under room temperature for 30 minutes. Discard the leftover after 30 minutes.
