*Follow-up inspection for issues listed in last report. *Staff member on site states several staff members (including themselves) had taken Food Safe Level 1 recently. No proof of completion available on site at time of inspection - ensure copies of certificates are kept on site, and emailed to area inspector within one week (card provided during inspection). *Staff member on site was aware of proper 3-compartment warewashing methods. Ensure these are followed by all staff. *Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottle. Dispenser appears to be functioning.
