Observation: 1. Hand washing sink near grill area was used to for food prep of batter during service. Do not use hand sink for any kind of food preparation. Use the prep sink. Hand washing sinks are contaminated. (CORRECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION)
2. Food storage room bins have inserts for scooping food, such as the white flower container on wheels. Inserts are covered in food and should not be used to scoop food to prevent contamination.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not use handwashing sinks for food preparation. Hand washing sinks are only for handwashing. Use the prep sink for all food preparation. Discuss and educate staff on this requirement. Correction required immediately.
2. Use dedicated scoops with clean handles. Your hands should not touch the food when scooping. Correction required today.

Observation: New rodent activity and droppings observed in the following areas:
1. Food storage room under unused dough mixer equipment. Rodent droppings observed.
2. Equipment storage room under coffee holder jugs on floor under shelving. Rodent nesting material observed. Look for the stacks of yellow bags of sugar the mice is gathering.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize these areas. Notify pest control company then monitor and prevent future rodent activity. Correction required this week.

Schedule cleaning is being maintained. Cleaning required for hard to reach areas from last inspection is complete.

Note: The brown 3 unit stand up brown foster cooler temperature fluctuates considerably. Temperature of milk measured at 2.6C but ambient temperature changed between 8C and 3C throughout inspection. Monitor this unit and ensure it can hold temperatures at 4C or below consistently. Repair if necessary.

Broken floor tiles in walk in freezer schedule for upgrades later this year.
