Observation: Mice activity and feces were observed in the follow areas:

1. In the middle dry storage room under the shelving of Stack Tea inventory.
2. Behind the chest freezer and stand up cooler in the back storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Clean, wash, and sanitize these areas. Notify pest control company and monitor for activity. Email EHO next pest control inspection report. Cleaning required this week.

Sandwich cooler at 4.0C or below vegetable cup.
Juice fridge at 3C juices.
Ice cream chest fridge at -19C klondike ice cream.
Hot display unit at 61C samosa. Hot dog holding unit at 65C hot dogs.
2 hot soup well at 72C. Counter coolers 1 to 3 at 2C to 3.8C milk.
Storage coolers 1 -20C samosa, Fridge 3C corn dogs.
Condiments and single use items are sanitary.
Slurpy machine not in use at the time of inspection is being cleaned.
