- All meat display temperatures were adequate
- Walk-in cooler temperature was adequate
- Bleach sanitizer was available *Please note to only use 5 ml of bleach per liter of water for 200ppm concentration*
- No pests activity observed during inspection - pest control conducted for this and neighboring facilities by Orkin
- Dishwashing was adequate
- General sanitation of the facility was adequate
- COVID-19 protocols in place and were adequate
