Follow-up inspection conducted:

-200ppm chlorine available in a spray bottle. Ensure to label the bottle as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach' and use the solution to sanitize all food prep surfaces before initiating any food prep, after each possible contamination and every 2 hours during operation.
-Onions placed on food storage shelf at this time.
-Back storage area as well as the front storage room cleaned and reorganized. Currently in a good sanitary condition. Pictures taken. Good.

NOTE: Mop sink still to be repaired. Technician was contacted. OK.
NOTE: Health inspector had reviewed facility's file regarding the possibility of replacing the existing mop sink with extra storage unit, and came to conclusion that the mop sink is still required to be in place and used.
NOTE: Ensure ALL food prep is done within the approved space - kitchen. No food prep/handling should occur outside- in the back parking lot.

Please contact the health inspector for any questions or concerns.
