Comments

Routine inspection. Warehouse stores, distribute and repackage grains. Currently, repackaging is a small part of the operation and occurs infrequently. Temperature of the cooler is below 4C. Temperature checks are conducted daily. Handwashing stations in the washrooms are stocked with soap and paper towel in dispensers. The warehouse is well lit and generally well organized. Greater attention is need to the sanitation program to support the pest control efforts.
