Temperatures: Chest freezer (yellow top): -24.2°C chest freezer (white): -25.6°C 3 door display cooler: not powered; no potentially hazardous drinks stored inside Display cooler: 4.0°C Chest freezer: -28.4°C Sanitation: Handwash station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach sanitizer - labelled to differentiate with vinegar spray bottle - measured 100ppm. 3 compartment sink available for cleaning and sanitizing equipment Storage: All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers. Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. General: No pest activity observed at time of inspection Repackaging in kitchen/prep area in back.
