Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers were 4C; freezer was -15C; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink was stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- [Cl2] of sanitizer spray bottle was 200ppm.
- Manual sanitizing done to dishes. Wash and rinse completed in domestic dishwasher, and them soaked in a bleach solution for 2 minutes. Staff follow bleach solution mixture as per manual dishwashing sign.
- Foods stored in food grade containers; covered, 6" off the floor on shelves; and away from non-food items. No raw proteins used.
- No expired foods in use. FIFO rule followed to ensure older food used first. Weekly food deliveries/shopping done, rotation of food is good.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation is good. No signs of pests.
- All in order.
