Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): hand washing sink at front and back of house did not have single use paper towel for hand drying. All hand wash stations must be equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towel for proper hand washing to reduce bacteria/virus on soiled hands. Stock the handsink with paper towel
