* Follow up inspection to Report #00241263 - All handwash stations are equipped with hot / cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. Dispensers have been installed and are mounted to walls. - All coolers are at 4C or below and equipped w/ thermometers. - Freezers < or = -18C. - Pest control has been put in place and routine inspections have been implemented for monthly checks. Operator provided a copy of the service report conducted on march 6/18. - Overall finishing has been completed, however the following areas still require attention: (1) holes on walls (2) door way finishing in packaging area (3) Back door needs sealing to be completed. - A cleaning schedule was provided to EHO during this inspection. Employees will be following this daily / weekly schedule. - Food safety plan and sanitation plan has been updated and provided to EHO during this inspection. * HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED TO OPERATE** Note: If you plan to add or change any menu items, please inform EHO prior to commencing any changes.
