Follow-up inspection to verify that hot/cold running water has been restored to hand wash station. - Hand wash station at front now stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels - BioMax sanitizer placed on-order - ensure that you adhere to manufacturer's guidelines (3 oz. / gallon of water; 10 gallons = 30 oz.). When you begin sanitizing temperature-sensitive bottles, ensure that you obtain test strips to verify that the concentration of chlorine is >=25 ppm (maintain water temperature above 49C / 120F)
