Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Meat slicer observed to have dried food debris accumulation around the handle and cracks and crevices.
Corrective Action(s): Staff throughly cleaned and sanitized once instructed.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout facility.
Unable to tell whether droppings are new or old, however, droppings must be cleaned up for proper monitoring.
Manager states they have professional pest control company and pest control stated there is no more activity.
Corrective Action(s): To ensure proper monitoring of pests, rodent droppings must be cleaned up as soon as they are spotted. Ensure the staff is aware of this and report any rodent droppings or signs.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Rodent droppings observed throughout the facility. Around the ice machine of the main kitchen, long the perimeter of the main kitchen, behind the dry ingredient bins, behind the mixer. Droppings also observed on the 1st floor servery beside the fridge and the rec kitchen behind the chest freezer, by dishwasher, and where the cleaning supplies are stored.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure ALL Rodent droppings are removed so pest activity can be monitored.
Do NOT let rodent droppings accumulate.
