Ownership change and name change to premises. Food Safety and Sanitation Plans submitted Foodsafe certificate has been provided. Provide a sneeze guard for the salad bar. Health permit fee for May 2019 - Mar 2020 has been provided. A new high temperature dishwasher has been installed (Jettech F18DP) NSF certified. Temperature did not reach 160F at the rack level. Ensure that the unit is serviced and rinse temperature reaches 180F.
