Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing station in the staff washroom was blocked with objects (large plactic lids) on the top
- Handsink in kitchen was blocked with utensils in the sink
Corrective Action(s): - Remove the items and do not store any items in the handsink. Ensure that handsinks are available at all times for handwashing

Observation: -Bulk bins in dry storage area were left uncovered
- Several containers of food stored in walk-in cooler are left uncovered
- Two large containers with cooked rice were stacked and stored in dishwashing area, dirty dishes stored next to containers and water is cooling
Corrective Action(s): - Cover all stored items with well fitting lids. Cover the containers in walk-in cooler with lids or plastic wrap to protect from contamination
- Donot stack food items one on top of other. The bottom colander of cooked with that was sitting in pooled water was discarded. Do not store any food items in dishwashing area along wwith dirty dishes

Comments

Routine inspection is conducted:
- Handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in cooler, upright storage cooler are less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 73C during final rinse cycle at the dish level
- No evidence of pest activity is noted

NOTE: General sanitation frequency in the kitchen should be increased in order to maintain sanitary condition in premises. Exhaust canopy is scheduled for deep cleaning.
