Corrective Action(s): Cream moved into working cooler at </=4 C. Cream to be stored there instead.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops stored in bulk food bins. Scoop handles contact hands which may cause contamination and therefore must not be stored in food bins.
Corrective Action(s): Removed scoops from bins and placed in dishwasher rack to be washed and sanitized.

Observation: Cleaning underneath grill equipment incomplete. Old food/debris will attract pests / contribute to fire hazard.
