Follow-up to the routine inspection:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied.
- Coolers operating at 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Hot-holding unit operating above 60'C.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles throughout.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 71'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- Food storage practice satisfactory.
- Ice machine satisfactory. Ensure to manually clean the inside on a regular basis as discussed at this time.

General sanitation level satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas on a more regular basis.

Closure Order issued on March 18th has been rescinded. Facility has replaced the dishwasher and all dishes have been rewashed using the new dishwasher.

Closure Order has been removed from the door.
