-Coolers are below 4 degC; Freezer temperature was -18 degC -Temperature log's being maintained. All the temperatures are recorded in degF, except for the freezer which is recorded in degC. BE CONSISTENT AND RECORD ALL IN DEGF OR WRITE OUT DEGC BESIDE THE FREEZER NUMBERS. -Hand sinks are fully equipped -Dishwasher rinse temperature is 76 degC at plate level -Abell Pest control is on contract. -200ppm Quats available for use. -PHF's in the display case are discarded at the end of the day -Filters were last changed in July, 2019. Pentair Pre-filter needs to be changed every 3 months and the 4 carbon filters need to be changed yearly. The 4 carbon filters have date stamps on them, but the prefilter doesn't. Place date stamps on the pre-filter as well and change this every 3 months. ENSURE THAT STAFF ARE USING TIMERS FOR THE SANITIZER AS PER YOUR POLICY (ASSISTANT MGR ON DUTY MENTIONED THAT SHE HAS ORDERED MORE TIMERS).
