Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Vinegar being used to "wash" front tables. Vinegar is not a sanitizer, or soap.
Corrective Action(s): As discussed, use warm soapy water to remove grease/ food debris if needed, then use a bleach solution to sanitize the table to prevent spreading illness. Do not mix bleach and soap together. Bleach solution is 1 teaspoon for every 1 litre of water

Observation: Rodent droppings observed along East wall, North wall (behind freezers), back storage shelving, and behind grill line.
Live mice found in traps on site.
Corrective Action(s): 1) A deep clean of facility must occur. This means moving all large/ heavy equipment away from walls, cleaning, sanitizing, and repairing any structural damage. Use 1 part bleach to 10 parts water, spray droppings, and wipe up while wet.
2) All foods must be put into pest proof containers - this includes spices, crackers, sugar, flour, etc. Bins or containers must be of strong, hard material, and lids must close tight.
3) A thorough nightly clean must occur in order to prevent ongoing infestation. If there is food for the rodents to eat, they will continue to be a problem. Please remove your dirty recycling daily.
4) Have your pest control company visit frequently, until the problem is gone.
Please note: if you find any food packages that have been chewed, discard all product immediately.
