-Bug zapper in use above the dough mixer
Corrective Action(s): -Once a food can is opened empty out the contents -the oxidized metal may contaminate the foods once opened

-Do not use bug zappers in food areas -the flying insect body parts will contaminate foods -use sticky traps/tape instead for flies -good cleaning and sanitation of surfaces is effective against flies, flushing out lines at the ends of the night, mop waters emptied
