=Sliding door cooler (3C), prep cooler (4C), and upright cooler (3C) measured < 4 degrees C
=Upright freezer (-20C) and storage room freezers 3X(-19C to -22C) measured < -18 degrees C
=Chicken hot holding (67C) and soup hot holding (69C) measured > 60 degrees C
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76.6 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Bleach sanitizer solution at 100 ppm chlorine available in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, though some cleaning required on ceiling vent in the kitchen
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
