Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two bus pans full of cooked pork were left on counter, cooked form this morning, temperature measured at 12C
Corrective Action(s): - Two bus pans were discarded.
- Ensure that cooked food is cooled from 60C to 20C within 2 hours and from 20C to 4Cwith in 4 hours inside the cooler.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cut vegetables - carrots, baby corn, mushrooms, greens, onions were left on the counter at temperaure 4- 5C
Corrective Action(s): Move all items to cooler, store all potentially hazardous food items inside cooler at temperature less than 4C

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer is not available in the kitchen or front bar area
- Wet wiping cloth are stored on the counter tops throughout the kicthen
Corrective Action(s): - Prepare sanitizer solution and store all wiping cloth in the solution maintianed at 200ppm chlorine residual.
This is a repeat violation

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handsink in dishwashing area has no liquid soap or paper towel. Liquid soap dispenser is broken
- Bar handsink is blocked with glasses and empty cans
Corrective Action(s): - Provide liquid soap and paper towel at dishwashing area
- remove all items from handsink in bar area and ensure that it is available for handwashing

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washing dishes didnot take the gloves off to wash hands, but rinsed the hands with gloves and started putting clean dishes away
Corrective Action(s): - Educated the staff to take off gloves,wash hands with soap and water before keeping clean dishes
