Observation: Front handsink area STILL lacks proper handwash station despite being purchased. Anchor this unit in place (with screws this time) such that it remains in place.
B) Employee washroom sink hot water supply turned off. Faucet leaks when turned on.
Corrective Action(s): A) Fix as noted above by re-inspection date noted on report.
B) Fix hot water tap and ensure hot water is continually supplied to ensure proper handwashing can be utilized. This must be completed by follow-up inspection date noted on report.
