Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some scoop handles were touching food in the display prep cooler. Scoop for yogurt was stored in sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): Keep handles away from food products. Ensure to rinse scoop prior to re-using and change on a regular basis.

Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer measure 200 pm (3-comp sink).
All coolers were at 4 deg C or colder.
All hot-holding was at 60 deg C or hotter.
Temperature log was available and up to date.
Ensure to check temp. on regular intervals as indicated on temp. log.
One person on duty had Food Safe 1 training.
Keep all copies of Food Safe 1 certificates of staff that have them.
General sanitation was ok. Staff should clean as they go when not busy.
No signs of pests noted.
Washrooms in sanitary condition.
Note: Sign for manual ware washing will be provided. Ensure to follow proper ware washing procedures.
