- Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C
- 3-door under counter cooler at 3 degrees C
- Preparation cooler at 4 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Front customer area cooler at 3 degree C
- Walk in freezer at -19 degrees C
- 2-door under counter freezer at -18 degrees C
- Hot holding internal food temperatures at 60 degrees C or more
- Probe thermometer is available for internal temperature checks
- Food items are well organized
- Non-latex gloves available
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Staff member was observed to be properly washing hands immediately after removing garbage bags from facility
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles, in containers, and from dispenser at 200 ppm quats
- High temperature dishwasher measured 79 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse (minimum 71 degrees C at the utensil surface)
- Utensils and equipment stored in sanitary condition
- Cleaning chemicals and similar products are stored in designated areas away from food
- Staff personal belongings stored separately from food
- No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection
- Washrooms in clean condition. Hand sinks adequately supplied.
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection. Temporary certificate produced for staff member on site was issued on April 1, 2019.
