Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Hand sink at meat counter requires soap refill.
- Hand sink in meat processing room was inaccessible and physically blocked off.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to refill soap (and paper towel) as needed at each hand washing station. Corrected at time of inspection.
- All hand washing sinks must be easily accessible.

- Hand sink on seafood side was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottles and from dispensing units.
- All seafood and meat display coolers were measured at 4C or colder
- Seafood walk-in cooler measured at 1C. Meat walk-in cooler measured at 2C.
- Meat processing room temperature was measured to be at 5C.
- Shared walk-in freezer measured at -23C
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Food storage practices satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at time of inspection
